According to the Heritage News Agency reporter, Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh said on Saturday, 30 May 2026: In line with the development of tourism infrastructure in the east of Semnan province and with the aim of improving the quality of travel on the routes leading to the Turan Biosphere Reserve, the 400-meter lighting project for the tourism route of Qaleh Bala, Dezian, and Geyoor villages has been completed.
The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud County, emphasizing the importance of synergy among executive bodies in advancing development goals, added: This project has been implemented through the constructive interaction and cooperation of the Biarjomand regional electricity department and the village councils of Qaleh Bala, Dezian, and Geyoor, which, in addition to improving the visual condition of the passages, plays a significant role in enhancing the safety of residents' travel and facilitating the movement of tourists in this tourism triangle.
He pointed out the special position of this region at the national and international levels and stated: Qaleh Bala, a tourist destination village that is currently on the verge of global registration, along with its neighboring villages, hosts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists annually due to its unique architecture, pristine nature, and proximity to Turan National Park.
Razavian stated: Given the necessity of conforming to international infrastructural standards, the creation of lighting on communication routes was one of the development priorities of the Cultural Heritage Department, which was achieved through continuous follow-ups.
