First Comprehensive Smart Tourism Guide Web Kiosk Unveiled in the Tourism Destination Village of Qaleh Bala in the Presence of the Acting Governor
On the sidelines of the ceremony, which was attended by Mehdi Barari, Acting Governor of Shahrud, this digital system was launched to facilitate domestic and international tourists’ access to comprehensive information about the Touran Biosphere Reserve, the historic fabric of the village, accommodation facilities, and welfare services.
Given the status of this stepped village as a candidate for global recognition by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), this initiative can be regarded as a strategic step toward making services smarter and developing international infrastructure. During the visit, provincial and county officials also visited the Qaleh Bala Public Library and Ethnological Museum.
