The First Local Mothers and Children Festival Was Held in Qaleh Bala

According to Mirath Arya, Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh Razavian said: This festival was held with the aim of promoting tourism culture, strengthening family ties, and introducing the indigenous capacities of the region, and was warmly welcomed by the villagers and tourists. The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud County, referring to the diverse programs of the festival, stated: Making and flying colorful kites by children with their mothers, designing symbols of the ram, the Asiatic cheetah, and the bustard as characteristic species of the region, and exciting competitions such as tug-of-war and traditional games were among the programs of this event, which was held with great enthusiasm and joy. He added: In the artistic section of the festival, children painted on the theme of "Tourism in My Village," and in the creativity section, several children introduced the tourist attractions of Qaleh Bala by making short films, an initiative that earned the admiration of visitors. Razavian emphasized: At the end of this festival, the selected children were honored with awards, and this event, as a successful example of public participation in promoting sustainable and indigenous tourism, showed that with empathy and creativity, villages can be transformed into attractive tourist destinations. The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud County said: Qaleh Bala village is located in a foothill region adjacent to the Turan Protected Area, and with its terraced houses and ecotourism accommodations, it is recognized as a unique example of indigenous architecture and an important destination in the east of Shahroud County.
