According to Miras Arya, Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh Razavian said: With the enthusiastic welcome of enthusiasts and the presence of provincial and county officials, the 13th Tourism Festival of Traveling to the Bustard's Habitat was held on Thursday and Friday, November 7th and 8th of the current year, coinciding with the golden season of autumn and the suitable time for birdwatching in the tourism target village of Qaleh Bala, Biyarjmand district. The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud County added: Visiting the terraced structure of the tourism target village of Qaleh Bala, holding an exhibition of handicrafts and souvenirs, performing local music and ritual ceremonies, holding specialized training classes in ornithology, ecotourism, and herpetology, and specialized sky observation, etc., were among the programs of this festival. He stated: This festival was held with the aim of boosting the local economy, branding tourism, creating employment with an approach to utilizing ecotourism capacities, and introducing the social and cultural identity of the region. Razavian stated: The 13th Tourism Festival of Traveling to the Bustard's Habitat was held in cooperation with the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud County, the Biyarjmand district administration, the Turan National Park Department, the Islamic Council and the village administration of the tourism target village of Qaleh Bala, the police force, the Malek Ashtar resistance base, and ecotourism accommodations.
