Qaleh Bala on the Verge of Global Registration as a World Tourism Village

According to the Mehr News Agency reporter, Hamid Dahrouyeh, at the second National Ecotourism Festival in the tourism target village of Qaleh Bala, said: The tourism target village of Qaleh Bala is considered one of the prominent capacities of rural tourism in the country, and this village is on the path to global registration and will soon be introduced as a 'World Tourism Village'. The Deputy Governor of Semnan for Economic Affairs, referring to the planning process for holding this event, stated: From the decision to hold the National Ecotourism Day ceremony in Qaleh Bala until its implementation, there was less than 10 days, and coordination and planning for holding such an event in this short period was a difficult task. He added: In various meetings held in Tehran in recent days, the tourism and ecotourism capacities of Semnan province were explained to officials and activists in this field, and the measures and activities carried out in different regions of the province were presented in the form of introductory programs and clips. Dahrouyeh, appreciating the efforts of the managers in the tourism sector of Semnan province, said: The follow-ups made to accelerate the process of global registration of Qaleh Bala are commendable, and this issue can pave the way for economic development, increased employment, and the prosperity of tourism in the region.
