The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud County added: In this program, the villagers brought a fresh and vibrant look to the village texture by planting various seasonal and ornamental flowers in the alleys, neighborhoods, and garden plots along the walls, taking an effective step towards beautifying the public landscape of this tourist destination. He pointed out that this campaign was held alongside the ancient and prominent plane tree of Qaleh Bala village, stating: This area was chosen due to its historical and natural importance and its special role in giving identity to the village, and efforts were made to enhance the visual experience of tourists by creating green spaces and floral arrangements in the surrounding environment. Razavian mentioned that the historical village of Qaleh Bala is located 21 kilometers from the city of Biarjomand and east of Shahroud County, stating: Qaleh Bala is situated in a foothill region, and its houses are built using terraced architecture.
