The head of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Shahroud County announced the effective activity of the Qaleh Bala village health house in providing comprehensive health services to the residents.
According to the reporter of Miras Arya, Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh Razavian said: The health house of Qaleh Bala village, with the presence of two health workers, has today become a dynamic center for providing primary health services to the residents, a center where a diverse range of services including childhood vaccinations, growth monitoring, injections, wound dressing, and general consultations are provided to the residents.
The head of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Shahroud County added: The continuity of these services, especially in rural areas where access to specialized facilities may be more limited, plays a very important role in ensuring the peace of mind of the residents and improving the level of public health.
He stated: The Qaleh Bala Health House is a clear example of synergy between local service provision and attention to the real needs of the rural community.
Razavian emphasized that one of the valuable features of this center is its simultaneous attention to treatment and education, stating: Holding health care courses for women and girls has led to increased awareness, improved self-care skills, and prevention of many diseases at the household and community level.
The head of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Shahroud County explained: The Qaleh Bala Health House also plays an important role in early identification of risk factors and improvement of health indicators by regularly implementing national campaigns such as blood pressure monitoring, diabetes, and weight control.
He said: These preventive measures, alongside daily services, indicate a comprehensive and forward-looking approach to rural health.
Razavian noted: Health is one of the main pillars of sustainable development in tourist villages, and the existence of such centers in Qaleh Bala, while strengthening the sense of security and peace among the residents, also contributes to social stability and the continuity of village life.
