Installation of Bilingual Signs in the Tourism Target Village of Qaleh Bala

According to the Public Relations of the General Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Semnan Province, Morteza Nazari said: To increase the necessary infrastructure for the global registration of the tourism target village of Qaleh Bala, bilingual signs for locations, accommodations, and shops in Qaleh Bala village were installed. The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department of Shahroud County, stating that this action was taken in line with the programs for the global registration of the best tourism villages, added: Tourism is one of the most dynamic sectors of the global economy, and infrastructure development plays a fundamental role in the development of sustainable tourism. He said: Qaleh Bala is located in a foothill region, and its houses use stepped architecture. The proximity of the Turan Protected Area to the village, the preservation of historical houses and texture, and the abundance of ecotourism accommodations have turned this village into a tourist destination for Iranian and foreign travelers. The historical village of Qaleh Bala is located 21 kilometers from the city of Biarjomand and east of Shahroud County.
