Installation of a Comprehensive Board Introducing Turan Wildlife at the Entrance of Qaleh Bala Village

According to the report from the Mehrir Arta correspondent, Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh Razavian said: In line with the goals of the global registration of Qaleh Bala village and with the aim of better introducing this wildlife-friendly village as the gateway to Turan National Park, a comprehensive board introducing the wildlife of this region was designed in cooperation with the Department of Environment and the village council of Qaleh Bala and installed at the entrance of the village. The head of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Shahroud County, referring to the role of this board in introducing the natural capacities of the region, added: In this informational board, the prominent and valuable species of Turan National Park, including Urial sheep, ibex, gazelle, Houbara bustard, Asiatic wild ass, and Asiatic cheetah, are introduced pictorially along with practical information, so that tourists and visitors become more familiar with the importance of these genetic reserves and the necessity of their conservation. He clarified: The implementation of this project is a successful example of cooperation between executive bodies and the local community in the path of sustainable and nature-based tourism development, and it can play an effective role in enhancing the position of Qaleh Bala as an important and responsible destination in the field of tourism. Razavian stated: The correct and targeted introduction of Turan wildlife, in addition to increasing public awareness, helps attract tourists interested in nature and wildlife, and ultimately lays the groundwork for strengthening the culture of environmental protection and cherishing this valuable natural treasure.
